Shipping & Delivery Policies
The Excel Bee provides digital products (such as Excel templates and tutorials) as well as custom enterprise data solutions. Because our offerings are entirely digital and service-based, there is no physical shipping involved.
- Digital Downloads: Once payment is completed, your download link or access credentials will be shared instantly via the registered email ID. If you do not receive the file within 1 hour, please check your spam folder or contact us at theexcelbee@gmail.com.
- Enterprise & Consulting Services: For projects involving Intelligent Dashboards, Business Intelligence (BI), AI Assistants, Web Applications, and Data Pipelines, "delivery" constitutes the deployment of the software, granting access to cloud environments, or handing over the final codebase/dashboards as outlined in your specific Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.
Return Policy
Due to the intangible nature of our products and services, they are non-returnable.
- Digital Files: Once a template, tool, or e-book is delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- Custom Solutions: Deployed web applications, automated data pipelines, customized BI dashboards, and configured AI Assistants are custom-built or integrated for your specific business and cannot be "returned."

Refund Policy
We follow a strict No Refund policy once digital content has been accessed or service development has commenced. However, exceptions for digital downloads are made in the rare event that:
- The downloaded file is corrupt and cannot be replaced.
- You accidentally made duplicate payments for the same digital product.
For these exceptions, you may contact us within 3 days of purchase. Valid refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
The Excel Bee reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its sole discretion.
Cancellation Policy for Digital Products
As our digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment, orders cannot be canceled once the payment is completed.
If you made an accidental purchase, please reach out to us within 1 hour of payment and before downloading the product. We will try our best to support you on a case-by-case basis. No cancellation is possible once the download has been initiated or the content has been accessed.
Refund and Cancellation for Service-Based Enterprise Projects
If you hire The Excel Bee for Digital Transformation, Business Intelligence (BI), custom Web Applications, AI Assistant integrations, or Data Engineering services, the following applies:
- No Refunds on Commenced Work: Once project development, consulting, or data analysis begins, the invested time and expertise are non-refundable.
- Cancellations: If an enterprise project must be canceled mid-development, written notice is required. The client will be billed for all work, hours, and resources utilized up to the exact date of cancellation. Any deposits or milestone payments made prior to cancellation for completed work are strictly non-refundable.
